Tottenham Hotspur are one of three Premier League clubs currently keeping tabs on Hull City forward Jarrod Bowen, that is according to a report from the Daily Mail.
Newcastle United and Leicester City are also thought to be keen on the 23-year-old, whilst Championship leaders West Brom are reportedly interested in securing his services too.
Bowen has been Hull’s shining light in the last couple of seasons and has scored a hatful of goals. Last term, he finished with 22 strikes from 46 appearances in the Championship alone (Transfermarkt) and he is already well on the way to bettering that in the current campaign, having netted 16 times in 28 to far (Transfermarkt).
It is unsurprising therefore that there is lots of interest in the former Hereford United man and what makes things even more interesting is the fact that his current contract is set to expire in the summer. The Hull Daily Mail have reported that a new deal has been offered to Bowen, but if he doesn’t accept the terms then it is likely he’ll be sold this month so that the club doesn’t lose him for nothing.
It seems that plenty of Spurs fans would love to see the young forward join them, perhaps as it would help fill the void left by Harry Kane who is out injured until at least April (tottenhamhotspur.com).
