Arsenal’s wait for a Premier League title goes on as Manchester City look set to romp home this term, leaving the Gunners without a Premier League win since a Thierry Henry inspired campaign back in 2004.
The Gunners and manager Arsene Wenger are picking up some form though, and with the ongoing Alexis Sanchez saga behind them now, they will be hoping to kick on and have some success over the coming seasons before Wenger decides to call it a day.
Here in the Tavern, our landlord has been having a few beers with some of the Gunners fans and there’s been plenty of discussion around their future and how they see their team performing over the coming seasons, with plenty of mixed views on offer.
However, our landlord thinks the Londoners aren’t far off capturing the Premier League once more, and he thinks he has the reasons.
Here’s TWO reasons why Arsenal can finally bounce back and win the Premier League title next season…
Aubameyang and Lacazette

In new signing and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and French summer signing Alexandre Lacazette, the Gunners have the potential for the one of the most lethal strike partnerships in Europe.
Both lethal finishers and both with bags of pace, if Wenger can get to the two to tick alongside the likes of Mesut Ozil, then Arsenal will have a frontline capable of wreaking havoc on even the best defences in the game.
Goals win games and trophies, and with these two at the helm of the Gunners strike-force, success could well be on the way back to the Emirates.
Wenger will want one more

Manager Arsene Wenger is already cemented in history for the Gunners, but his 15 years without a Premier League title will be lingering on his mind for sure.
With the clock winding down on his managerial career as a whole, Wenger will surely want to win one more title in England, cementing his legacy further.
If Wenger can push this onto his players and get them buying into an ethos of ‘doing it for the boss’, then we could well see the Premier League title return to the hands of the Gunners.
