Our Manchester United fans here in the Transfer Tavern were once again left frustrated by their team at the weekend.
After seeing Liverpool beat Everton at the weekend, United knew they needed to get a victory against West Brom at Old Trafford to make sure the gap did not widen.
Instead, though, they slumped to a 0-0 draw with the Baggies on another distressing afternoon at their home ground.
United, then, need to find a way to start scoring and bringing the feel-good factor back to the club as soon as possible.
And, whilst they’re still looking to do that competitively – they’re looking good to do so away from the Premier League with Michael Carrick’s testimonial.
The midfielder’s career is being celebrated at the end of this season and there’s certainly quite the line-up taking part:
