While the Celtic fans in the Transfer Tavern are yet to be wholly convinced by him, loan star Patrick Roberts is undoubtedly a hugely promising talent.
On loan from Premier League giants Manchester City, the 19-year-old is perhaps best remembered for the sitter he missed against Rangers in the Scottish Cup semi-final last term.
Still, though he’s so far been unable to oust either Scott Sinclair or James Forrest in Rodgers’ side, the tricky winger was in fine fettle on international duty.

Fourteen passes were involved from the ‘keeper to Roberts, a rather bizarre sight to see from players wearing an England jersey.
The Young Lions went on to beat Holland 2-0 in the end, with Roberts’ goal the main highlight of the game.
