The Manchester City fans in the Transfer Tavern have been reacting to the news that according to SPORT, the club was never targetting Real Madrid and Spain midfielder, Isco. Apparently, the club had no interest in Isco and are already working on transfer plans for next season as they only need one more win to wrap up the Premier League this season.

Manchester City have one of the most devastating teams in the world. The club are capable of beating any side in Europe on their day and it’s a testament to both the players and their incredible manager, Pep Guardiola that they look destined to be the earliest Premier League champions in history as they need just one more win to ensure that they go down as champions even with six games remaining.
The City fans propping our bar up won’t want their side to let up though, as they’ll be keen to add more silverware next season. For this reason, the Citizens are already looking ahead to the summer transfer window and talking transfers as they look to improve on their already star-studded squad in the hope of staying ahead of the curve and being sure to outdo their competitors in the coming years. Whilst Isco would no doubt be a hit at The Etihad, the club will be looking in other directions for their next star as they continue to dominate.

I hope City go all out to get Isco. We only need 2 additions this summer. Isco is one of them and I would look at getting another striker in. We only have 2 box to box strikers and with all the competitions we need a third. Who ? I have no idea.
