The Arsenal fans in the Football Transfer Tavern are enjoy life under Arsene Wenger again…
Arsene Wenger is often a divisive figure in the Football Transfer Tavern, with many still undecided on whether they would like to see the Frenchman remain at Arsenal going forward.
There is, however, no doubting how much Wenger has achieved at the club, and whilst trophies have been sparse lately – he won enough during his early years to warrant a bit of a lull.
One thing that Wenger has always been especially good at doing is getting the best out of his playing squad, and we have seen that with the resurgence of the likes of Sanchez just how devestating the effects of that can be.
However, Wenger is not a miracle worker – and some players, thus far, have simply not been good enough. They often have all the talent in the world, but Wenger needs to ensure that they are playing at their best level.
With that said, Wenger really needs to get more out of these 2 Arsenal stars
Carl Jenkinson
Carl Jenkinson’s Arsenal career has looked over on a number of occasions – but it would appear as though he looks set to be given another opportunity by Wenger.
Injuries to Debuchy and Bellerin mean that Jenkinson is the only fit right-back at Arsenal – and that has left the Gunners fans in the Tavern feeling very concerned.
Jenkinson is a decent player, but going by recent form – he simply is not good enough when compared to Bellerin.
Wenger needs to ensure that he is improving, as he would otherwise be considered a weak spot in Arsenal back line.
Aaron Ramsey

Aaron Ramsey is a strange case.
Occasionally, he looks unstoppable – as we saw over the summer at Euro 2016. He carried the Welsh midfield against some of Europe’s best – and he was expected to carry on that form into the Premier League this season.
However, as he so often has, the Welshman has gone off the boil in recent weeks – and he looks a shadow of his former self.
It is frustrating for the Gunners in the Tavern – as everyone knows how good he can truly be.
It is up to Wenger to ensure that he finds his best form.
