With West Ham not scoring a goal since the Premier League has returned and suffering two losses, many have been discussing who could possibly bring an attacking threat.
Sebastien Haller has been absent with injury and therefore hasn’t made the last two matchday squads. A lot of the fan base are therefore wondering whether Xande Silva could be the one to help save them from relegation following recent news circulating on Twitter.
ExWHUemployee, via his podcast, has explained how Silva has been very impressive during his training sessions, and this has been enough to cause fans to call for the Portuguese man to be given a chance. Indeed, hee has done well for the youth side at the Irons, scoring ten goals in 12 appearances, per Transfermarkt – a very good tally.
Now at the age of 23, he will either be looking to play soon for the first team or move on, and Moyes will have to make a decision on whether he thinks he is a player he wants to keep.
Here is what fans had to say following ExWHUemployee’s admission, with many calling for the striker to get some game time:
Xande Silva has apparently been very impressive during recent training sessions.

Xande is 23 now too he needs chances & is pace & legs would of been welcomed last two games in an exhausted team.
Has more hunger to prove himself then Felipe or Lanzini right now too & versatile CF wings SS.
Afford him a chance ‘out of the blue’ Moyes

That’s him out on loan and never to be seen again

Play him then

I mean you’d think he’d play him then but Moyes is ahead of the game, he know something all us shmucks don’t
