The Chelsea fans in the Transfer Tavern are concerned that they’re going to fall even further behind this summer. The Blues have had a very tough year, and they’ve already gone behind the likes of Liverpool and Tottenham in the pecking order in the Premier League.
They haven’t had the best start at changing that this summer, either, given that Liverpool have already signed Fabinho – and Chelsea are yet to even work out who will be their manager next season.
It won’t be a surprise to hear that fans are eager for a few major changes to come to the club this summer, and it seems that one player that fans are dreaming about is Polish forward Robert Lewandowski.
According to Bild Sport, the attacker has asked to leave Bayern Munich in search of a new challenge, and he’s a player that fans – it seems – would love to have at Chelsea.
Lewandowski has, of course, been one of Europe’s best players in recent years, and he bagged a stunning 29 league goals last season.
