£10.8m-rated Man United man would help West Ham finally enjoy life at the London Stadium

Marouane Fellaini

West Ham fans here in the Tavern are sick of their club always eyeing the cheap free transfers but with the addition of this Manchester United player in the summer, that could change a few opinions on free transfer deals.

Marouane Fellaini (valued at £10.8 million on Transfermarkt) was signed by David Moyes at Everton and Manchester United.

The big Belgian is renown for always doing a job in midfield and this season has been no different as the 30-year-old has contributed four goals and an assist in 16 appearances for the Red Devils this season.

Fellaini has already been linked to a number of clubs but the chance to play under David Moyes again is one he could welcome with open arms. Indeed, Moyes has so far done a terrific job in transforming West Ham and with the power being placed in his proficient hands to deal with this summer’s in’s and out’s, we could see the 54-year-old eye Fellaini to come and play at the London Stadium.

Fans of the Football FanCast Accy Show will know that we tend to recommend a Premier League outright win treble each week. Those fans might also be aware that this coupon has paid out on many occasions—including the last PL game week!

Take a look at our latest top flight treble—as well as our very tempting EFL fourfold—in the latest edition of the show!

The central-midfielder also possesses an impressive goal-scoring record whilst in England and this could ensure more goals are scored for the team that have only once scored 3 goals in a game at their new ground, in the Premier League.

West Ham typically target balls into the box for players like Javier Hernandez and Marko Arnautovic but neither have the aerial superiority that Fellaini has shown on countless occasions over the past years. As Irons fans themselves, our landlord and the punters favour this reunion and believe that Marouane Fellaini would be a welcomed player at the London Stadium. The dominant midfielder takes no prisoners and will be sure to get the fans cheering his name after yet another flying tackle goes in.
