It’s been a good week for the Manchester United fans here in the Transfer Tavern.
After a torrid few days that saw the club lose to Manchester City, Feyenoord and Watford one after the other, many started to think that returning to the top of the Premier League was going to be harder than first expected when Jose Mourinho breezed in.
Nevertheless, the club bounced back at the weekend with a storming win over Leicester that also saw Paul Pogba find the net for the first time, leaving the Red Devils fans reassured that what had preceded that game, was just a blip.
It’s restored the club’s fans’ senses of humour too as there have been some crackers over the last week if you’re a fan of the 20 time English champions.
Our landlord has certainly found them funny too and reckons this FIVE are the best from the last seven days…
