Arsenal fans lauded striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang after his winning goal in the club’s 1-0 win over Newcastle United.

The 30-year-old’s goal saw him score the fifth-most number of goals in 50 Premier League appearances, after Alan Shearer, Andy Cole, Mohamed Salah and Kevin Phillips.
The Gabonese striker’s two-touch finish came after great play on the right-wing from right-back Ainsley Maitland-Niles, who had earlier intercepted a pass to Jetro Willems.
New Sky Sports pundit Jose Mourinho was full of praise for the African striker and lauded his finish as ‘genius’.
Mourinho said: “He’s cool, he loves to be there and of course, what I love to say, simplicity sometimes is genius. That control looks simple but it’s not simple, it’s genius. Then the finishing is beautiful.” (Source: Metro)
