Dani Ceballos’ loan spell at Arsenal may not be going the way he would have wanted it to go; however, the Spaniard has sung the praises of the north London faithful.
In an interview with Marca (via The Mirror), the Spain international claimed that he chose to stay at the club in the January transfer window due to the trust placed in him by the side. He also went on to laud the supporters for their show of love towards him as he talked about the chant that is sung by the Emirates Stadium faithful.
One fan compared him to Mikel Arteta, who was also a midfielder. The Twitter user described him as a ‘merry-go-round’ due to the 23-year-old’s ability to dribble away from opposition players, as seen against Burnley (Premier League via Planet Football).

His comments seem to have endeared him to many of the Emirates Stadium faithful, despite the fact his loan spell hasn’t proven fruitful for either party, with just the two league assists to his name so far. Here are some responses from Arsenal fans:
