Arsenal fans have been left unhappy after a report on, the potentially incoming, Mikel Arteta’s reported salary at the club.

According to The Sun, the Spaniard will earn an eye-opening £5m per year at the north London club, despite having never managed in professional football.
The British publication also reported that the 37-year-old held a ‘final interview’ with Stan Kroenke’s son Josh last night.
His potential appointment as the club’s head coach would be his first major coaching role outside of his assistant manager’s role under Pep Guardiola at Manchester City.
It would seem an appointment is imminent with French journalist Julien Laurens revealing that he expects a deal to be announced in the ‘next few days’ (via ESPN).
Fans didn’t seem to be best pleased after the former Gunners captain’s salary at the club was revealed as they took to Twitter to react.
