After a difficult January transfer window where they were only able to bring in Denis Suarez on loan, Arsenal could yet again be restricted with what they can do in the market when it reopens in the summer.
According to the Daily Mail, Unai Emery will only have £45m to spend which will come as a huge blow with the north London club needing significant reinforcements if they are to challenge for the Premier League title next season.
Meanwhile, the Daily Mirror reports Emery is keen to link up again with Paris Saint-Germain’s Adrien Rabiot.
The duo worked with each other when Emery was in the Parc des Princes dugout and, with the 23-year-old’s contract set to expire in the summer, he could be a very cheap and realistic target given the dilemma Arsenal find themselves in who would bring much to their midfield.

Yes people might say about his bad attitude and all but I remember PSG's 4-0 win against Barcelona. Maybe they were humiliated on the return leg but the home leg was bloody brilliant.Verratti and Rabiot hunted down together for every ball.

Perfect replacement for Ramsey. But I heard him and Emery don’t see eye to eye.

He’s got good presence too, 1.88cm doesn’t get pushed around, can pick a pass. I’d definitely take him too.
