Aston Villa announced on Thursday that the launch of the $AVL Fan Token is now live.
Plenty of Villa fans weren’t happy last month after learning of the concept, and numerous supporters have hit out at the latest update on social media.
Villa have partnered with Socios which gives fans the chance to get involved in club-related polls to have a chance of winning a range of prizes.

Each season ticket holder and member will receive a token for free, however, it will cost supporters who aren’t eligible £2 to get involved.
The first poll supporters will soon be able to get involved in is choosing a road name at Bodymoor Heath to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Villa’s 1982 European triumph.
