Several Aston Villa fans have been reacting to a short clip of Brentford attacker Said Benrahma destroying an opposition player.
Benrahma, who has been a target for the Midlands club in the past, can be seen performing a double nutmeg in the video, prompting plenty of Villa fans to respond in awe. Some were quick to praise the player himself, while others mocked the 24-year-old’s victim after being on the receiving end of an incredible piece of skill.
Like last season, Benrahma has impressed this term, adding to his 10 goals and 14 assists with another eight and five. Undoubtedly, he is one of the standout players in the Championship, averaging 3.3 dribbles per game, a number only Reading’s Ovie Ejaria (3.3) can beat (minimum two appearances, per WhoScored).

When you consider all of that, the Algerian certainly looks like an attractive proposition, so it is no surprise that he has been on Villa’s radar.
