Loads of Aston Villa fans are absolutely loving some footage from their dramatic win over Leicester, as Sky Sports cameras caught owner Wes Edens going crazy after Trezeguet’s winning goal.
Just a few weeks ago Villa looked to be in a dire situation, struggling in the relegation race, getting trounced by Manchester City and with plenty of fans calling for Dean Smith to go. The whole club is on a high now though, with four points from their last two league matches lifting them out of the bottom three and a cup final at Wembley to look forward to.
Orjan Nyland stole the show on Tuesday against Leicester while Jack Grealish was fantastic yet again, but plenty of fans noticed the pure elation of Edens off the pitch, as he responded to the winning goal with contagious enthusiasm, pumping his fist three times before clapping with a huge grin on his face.
