Plenty of Aston Villa fans have reacted to footage of Dijon winger Mounir Chouiar, who has been linked with the club.
Despite the football season being postponed and the world at a standstill due to the recent pandemic, transfer gossip is continuing, and a latest report has linked Villa with a move for Chouiar.
The 21-year-old, who originally began his career with RC Lens, joined Dijon last summer and he has been performing well for the Ligue 1 side, contributing with two goals in his 14 appearances.
Such form has seen the young France U21 international gain interest from a number clubs with Villa now said to be included.
L’Equipe reported that Villa scouts had been keeping a close eye on the French born attacker, although Villa’s Premier League status may have an impact on what summer business they can afford to do.
Dean Smith’s side sit 19th in the league standings at present, leaving fans nervously waiting the end of the football season.
Reacting to the highlight reel of Chouiar’s ability via Twitter account @astonforza, fans gave a mixed response with some comparing him to current Villa man Trezequet.
