Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has quite simply had a breath taking first season in English football with Chelsea, leading the Blues to what looks like another Premier League title.

The Italian has brought his infections style of management over to England and this has rubbed off on his players, with performance after performance of high quality.

The Blues fans here in the Tavern are more or less already celebrating, but despite the success, some Chelsea fans have voiced concerns over the under use of certain players.

Our landlord echoes these concerns, and he thinks that Conte is missing a bit of a trick not using certain players in his squad a little bit more.

Willian

The Brazilian winger was one of the star performers last season for the Blues, but has found himself left out more often than he has been selected this term.

With Pedro and Eden Hazard in such fine form, it has been tough for Willian, but his ability is not in question and he is someone who Conte could call on a lot more.

John Terry

The figure head of Chelsea has become a peripheral figure this season at Stamford Bridge, but he still has plenty left in the tank to offer.

With the title in sight, someone like Terry could be of real use to Conte in those tight games where the team need to simply see it out to secure three points.
