Our Aston Villa fans here in the Transfer Tavern really are looking forward to what their side is going to do in the summer transfer window when it opens for business.
Indeed, despite the season being average at best there is at least hope that next season will offer more success thanks to the know-how of Steve Bruce and the passion of Dr. Tony Xia.
For sure, Villa are in the best shape that they’ve been in for some time at the moment and they’ll be using that factor, plus the fact that they are one of the biggest clubs in the division, to try and attract players.
It appears, though, that Sunderland have the same idea with David Moyes saying this:
