The Chelsea fans propping up the bar in the Transfer Tavern have been celebrating the fact their beloved Blues appear to be back where they believe they belong, sitting at the top of the Premier League. 

Antonio Conte has turned the west London giants back into the lean, mean, winning machine that cantered to a league title under Jose Mourinho only two seasons ago, despite the absolutely awful campaign our Stamford supporters had to endure last time out.

While the popular Italian coach hasn’t changed a huge amount of course, some of the Blues in the bar have been impressed and encouraged in equal measure about his willingness to include burgeoning talents in his matchday squads. For a club who rarely delved into their swathe of developmental talents, the fact the likes of Nathaniel Chalobah and Nathan Ake are finally making headway in the first-team is hugely encouraging.

So, with that in mind, here are TWO Chelsea youngsters fans can get seriously excited about.

Ola Aina

Though Victor Moses has thoroughly impressed as a right-wing back in recent months, the emerging Ola Aina is a reason to feel safe in that berth for many years to come. An absolute powerhouse, the 20-year-old bombs up and down the flanks, destroying all in his way in a defensive sense.

A huge talent for both club and country.

Bertrand Traore

Cheating somewhat, due to the fact he made some appearances under Guus Hiddink last season, though perhaps Bertrand Traore can be the natural heir to Diego Costa’s central striking throne. Currently on loan with Ajax, the Burkina Faso international has pace and power in equal measure and can terrorise defences.
