The PFA Player Of The Year has struggled to replicate his fine form from the last campaign this season and is reportedly growing frustrated with life in West London, with Jose Mourinho making an example of him last week and leaving him out of the side to face Aston Villa.
Hazard could be on his way out of Chelsea as early as January, according to the reports, but PSG will face competition from Real Madrid, Manchester United, Manchester City and Barcelona for the highly-rated winger.
