Optimism is once again abound amongst the Chelsea fans in the Transfer Tavern ever since manager Antonio Conte moved into a 3-4-3 formation.
The Italian has seemingly stumbled upon a system that works for the Blues, much to the delight of the west London locals propping up the bar.
With a title tilt being talked about once more, reports from Italy suggesting Conte could once again dip into the transfer market have served as further good news.
According to La Nazione (via Viola News), the Blues are eyeing a move for Fiorentina midfielder Milan Badelj after the Croatian international caught the 46-year-old’s eye.
Having signed defender Marcos Alonso from La Viola over the summer, they could reportedly ask the Spaniard to help try and convince the 27-year-old to make a similar move.
AC Milan are also believed to be interested in the player as the January transfer window draws ever closer.
