The Chelsea fans in the Transfer Tavern don’t think that the international break could have come at a worse time…

The Blues were finally picking up a bit of steam in the Premier League, having won back-to-back games, and so the break will have certainly done them no good.

However, it must be said that Chelsea have done very well so far this season, and other than a poor spell against Burnley on the opening day, they have been near faultless.

That fine form will need to continue on Saturday against Leicester City, with the Foxes likely to serve as a stern test for the Blues in their quest to pick up another three points.

Resultantly, Antonio Conte needs to make sure that he picks the right team to face the former Premier League winners.

With that said, Conte must start these 2 Chelsea players against Leicester City – agreed?

Cesc Fabregas

Cesc Fabregas was simply stunning against Everton.

The midfielder is under a lot of pressure this season with the arrivals of Danny Drinkwater and Tiemoue Bakayoko, but he is dealing with it brilliantly.

He was arguably the best player on the pitch against the Toffees, and you’d be hard pressed to find someone that would bet against the same thing being the case on Saturday.

He must start.

 Willian

With Eden Hazard fit enough to be involved, there will be calls from Chelsea fans to bring him into the side immediately.

Given his lack of general match fitness, that probably isn’t the best idea, but if Conte decides to risk the Belgian – Willian should definitely not be the player making way.

The Brazilian has been stunning on the flanks this season, offering a fantastic offensive outlet for the Blues. If anything, Pedro should make way.
