Our Aston Villa fans here in the Transfer Tavern are getting very excited ahead of their big derby clash with Birmingham in just a couple of hours.
The Second City Derby is always a hotly contested affair and with Birmingham potentially on the brink of relegation, the Villa Park faithful will be keen to see their side pile the misery on in front of a packed home crowd.
Indeed, it would certainly boost Steve Bruce’s reputation even further as the club look to gain momentum ahead of a promotion surge next season.
