Although, it looks as if Derby are making great strides in appointing a new manager, as according to ESPN, Frank Lampard has agreed a deal in principle over the vacant Derby County position.
Interestingly, it’s believed that former Chelsea star Frank Lampard is poised to become manager of Derby County.
And, it’s understood that talks have been positive and that Lampard has agreed a deal in principle to take over at Pride Park.

Many of our local residents are absolutely delighted that Frank Lampard has agreed a deal in principle to take over at Derby County, as he has plenty of playing experience, so he may be able to put this to good use in his first managerial job.
