Lots of Everton fans have been drooling as Foot Mercato reported that Djibril Sidibe has been linked to Paris Saint Germain as a possible replacement for Thomas Meunier, who has signed for Borussia Dortmund.
As per the outlet, Sevilla are also interested in signing him in the upcoming summer transfer window if he returns to AS Monaco from his current loan spell at the Merseyside club.

The French outfit would apparently demand a fee of around 15 million euros, which equates to roughly £13.6 million, for them to sell Sidibe, with PSG also on red alert.
Carlo Ancelotti may not take up this option as club captain Seamus Coleman is already playing at right-back and Jonjoe Kenny may also be available in the 2020/21 season after his loan spell in the Bundesliga with FC Schalke 04 came to an end.

Therefore to cough up a potential fee of £13.6 million for another player in that position may not be wise for the Goodison Park faithful, who could use that cash to strengthen in other roles.
These EFC supporters drooled over the news on Twitter, indeed many of them have previously stated that they do not want the Frenchman on a permanent basis:
