Everton fans have been reacting to comments made by Ruud Gullit shortly after the sacking of Napoli manager Carlo Ancelotti.
The Italian, who has won the Champions League three times in his career, was dismissed by the Serie A outfit after his side went without a win in nine games before their 4-0 victory against Genk on Tuesday.
The Telegraph revealed that the Toffees are ready to swoop in and bring the former Chelsea manager, who won a domestic league and cup double in 2010 with the London side, to Goodison Park.
With Arsenal also looking for a new manager, Gullit spoke on BeIN SPORTS and hinted that Ancelotti could be about to take the reins on Merseyside:

Gullit said that he wished his friend Ancelotti the best after he reacted to his sacking, and laughed as he briefly mentioned that he could move to the Merseyside club, despite having his doubts before news of Ancelotti’s dismissal broke.
