Many Everton fans have been slamming Andre Gomes as he arguably did not put in the best of displays against Leicester City at Goodison Park.

The Merseyside club did run out 2-1 winners against Brendan Rodgers’ team in the Premier League thanks to a goal from Richarlison and a penalty from Gylfi Sigurdsson, but whilst other players seemed to impress, Gomes was picked out on Twitter as a player that was not performing well.
The central midfield player failed to register a single key pass in the entire game, whilst also not managing a shot or accurate cross, earning him the lowest overall rating (6.2) out of all of his teammates and the joint-lowest out of any other player on the pitch, according to Sofascore.

Gomes also lost the ball 11 times in the match (as per the website) as he clearly struggled to really influence his side in an attacking sense.
