Everton: Fans react to Denis Stracqualursi transfer

Loads of Everton fans have been reacting to a piece of transfer news involving one of their former players in Denis Stracqualursi.
As per a tweet from sports journalist Will Unwin, the 33 year-old has moved across clubs in the Serie D in Italy, swapping Taranto for Fasano.
Will Everton win a trophy this season?
Yes

No

He is perhaps not the first name that comes to mind when members of the Goodison Park faithful look back at their old players, having only spent one term at the Merseyside club, scoring a mere three goals and making one assist in 28 games in all competitions (Transfermarkt).
Nonetheless, the transfer got a lot of EFC supporters reminiscing about his time with the Toffees, with some even posting some tongue-in-cheek comments.
One Blue said that the Argentine was ‘better than Tosun’, despite the Turkey international netting 10 goals in 54 matches over all competitions for Everton (Transfermarkt), and therefore having a better scoring ratio.
Another said that the striker would easily ‘be up there with Dixie’, referring of course to the great Dixie Dean, who scored a record-breaking 60 times for the Merseyside club in just 39 appearances, and in 1928, he scored a total of 85 goals (National Football Museum).

I liked Denis. He would run through a wall for the team. If only he had ability to match. https://t.co/od99eR8L3M

Could never fault his effort when he came in on loan. Would run all day and that Chelsea game where he got his first PL goal! #EFC https://t.co/8A0b5mc91S
