Graham Roberts insists Tottenham Hotspur need to focus on the back four when it comes to recruitment this summer.
Spurs have yet to make any signings, primarily because they have yet to appoint a replacement to Jose Mourinho, who was sacked in mid-April.
It remains to be seen who will come in as their next boss but a report from talkSPORT journalist Ian Abrahams has suggested that it could be either former Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo or Brighton & Hove Albion manager Graham Potter.

Nevertheless, Roberts thinks that the transfer priority at the club ought to be clear.
Indeed, he insists that at least one centre-back is required, along with better depth at full-back.
Under the management of Jose Mourinho, Spurs conceded more goals than any of the top four, and fixing the defence may be a priority for both the new manager and chairman Daniel Levy.
Speaking exclusively to The Transfer Tavern, he said: “I think we need a centre-half or two and a right-back but that’s up to the club to get.”
