Our Aston Villa fans here in the Transfer Tavern cannot wait to see what the rest of this season brings with them having an outside chance of finishing in the play-offs.
Indeed, finishing in the top six does look incredibly unlikely at the moment but even to be able to suggest they could finish there after where they were a few months ago is a feat in itself.
For sure, the club really has gotten itself together and looks to be pulling in the right direction and, given the size of it, that could be quite a force to look out for.
Indeed, many already feel they are the favourites for promotion for next season and that is largely down to the work of Steve Bruce and Dr. Tony Xia in the boardroom.
Certainly, Xia has endeared himself with the fans this year and this tweet will surely enhance that:
