There are just hours left before the end of the transfer window, and Glasgow Rangers manager Steven Gerrard does not yet have the midfielder he has been looking for.
The former Liverpool captain has confirmed that he would like to add a new player in the middle of the park, but no deal has yet been completed. It seems that Bongani Zungu is the most likely to come through the door at Ibrox, with him set to move on loan to the 54-time Scottish champions.
