Nikica Jelavic was a fantastic player for Glasgow Rangers during his short spell at Ibrox.
The Croatia international made the move north of the border for £4m from Rapid Vienna after scoring 43 goals in 95 matches for the Austrian club. He would only end up spending 18 months with the 54-time Scottish champions, but that was more than enough to show just how good he was in front of goal, with him bagging a very impressive 36 strikes in 56 games – he also helped the Gers win the Scottish Premiership title in 2010/11, his only full term at the club.

In January 2012, Everton parted with £5.5m to take him to Goodison Park, and whilst he managed 21 goals in 69 matches, he never seemed to hit the heights he managed at the Gers.
On Thursday, the club’s official Twitter account shared a video of one of his strikes against Celtic as part of their Goal of the Day series, and it attracted the attention of the club’s supporters. Even though he is now 34, it seems many fans would take him back at the club.
