As per journalist Sinclair Bishop, Glasgow Rangers target Crysencio Summerville will leave Feyenoord this summer.

The Gers have been linked with a move for the 18-year-old, who spent last season on loan at ADO Den Haag in the Eredivisie.

Now, it seems he will be leaving Feyenoord very soon, after Frank Arnesen, the club’s sporting director, told Bishop that the teenager will not be staying in Rotterdam.

This may be a blow to Feyenoord, but it could be fantastic news for the Ibrox outfit. Summerville managed two goals and three assists in 21 matches for Den Haag in the Eredivisie last term, despite starting the campaign as a 17-year-old, but it is on the international stage where he has impressed the most – he has scored six goals in just five matches for the Netherlands’ U19s.

Currently valued at £1.35m by Transfermarkt, the fact that he has just one year left on his contract could mean that he may be available for a bargain price. There is no doubt about it – Steven Gerrard and Ross Wilson should be watching this developing story very closely.
