Our Aston Villa fans here in the Transfer Tavern are expecting a big summer of activity as their club looks to get promoted from the Championship.
The Villans have had a season of ship steadying – something they drastically needed – and now the onus has to be on them to make sure they are back in the Premier League after next season.
Indeed, many are thinking that the men from Villa Park are the favourites for promotion but a strong summer transfer window is going to be key to any such charge.
And, whilst we wait to see who comes in, it appears one man has been let go – Jerell Sellars – who revealed that he was looking to play elsewhere now on Twitter.
