Celtic fans here in the Tavern have been absolutely over the moon with their sides domestic haul, now extending their unbeaten streak to 65 games. Resulting in a jubilant mood for all surrounding Hoops fans, with bottles of ale being downed at their own will.
Indeed, there is always one downside to things, with Celtic’s being their European form having only managed to accumulate 3 of a possible 15 points in what has seen them housed against two of Europe’s giants.
But for James Forrest life for the Bhoys couldn’t get any better, having been recently praised by the Scottish Sun as doing enough already to be crowned the Scottish Premiership Player of the Year.
Forrest has been one of the breakthrough products of the Celtic academy, having appeared in the first team back in 2010 as a wee 19-year-old, he’s come on leaps and bounds. Already scoring 8 and assisting 2 in 26 appearances this season, he’s added that cutting edge.
Of course, after such high praise in papers and press all around Scotland, it was Celtic’s turn to admire the efforts and talents of the midfielder, having published a Twitter post demonstrating their appreciation.

As you can probably gather, the club’s post received quite an amount of attention towards the Celtic midfielder. Nevertheless, here’s a look at what exactly fans had to say…

Scored in three separate league cup finals. That must be some sort of record. Fair play.

If he was foreign there wouldn’t be a fan split. Typical doubt because he is Scottish. This is the greatest Scottish Celtic team since 67. HH

Ive been a harsh critic because of the unfulfilled potential. He is beginning to get to the levels we were hoping for! Long may it continue and he keeps making me eat humble pie!
