Our Newcastle fans here in the Transfer Tavern are certainly hoping for a few more signings before the end of the summer market.
The Magpies have been going along nicely in recent times with them getting promotion back to the Premier League but it does seem as though the club has missed out on a number of transfer targets.
For sure, their fans here by the bar want to see some more Premier League experience and it really will be up to Rafa Benitez and the board to decide whether or not the club is going to try and make that happen.
There is some hope, though, with Lee Ryder suggesting that there is still business to be done this summer on Twitter and so, whilst we wait to see if that comes to pass, here is the best of the reaction from the Newcastle faithful.
