Our Newcastle fans here in the Transfer Tavern can’t wait to see who arrives at their club throughout the summer.
The men from St. James’ Park are back in the Premier League for 2017/18 and, naturally, they can’t wait to see their side in action.
For sure, though, they are going to need extra players to come in and help them make sure it’s not a fleeting visit only and so it is up to Rafa Benitez to get in more options.
The latest player to be linked, then, is Sheyi Ojo – as per The Chronicle on Twitter – and that has certainly caused a reaction amongst the fans of the Tyneside club.
Indeed, it’s not the most resounding approval either at the moment and so, with that in mind, here is the best of what has been said:
#NUFC have opened talks with #LFC over the loan signing of Sheyi Ojo. @lee_ryder with the latest. https://t.co/j7pluS6Zny

Like I said for Abraham, unless we have an option to buy clause then it’s pointless in my eyes, why should we develop others’ players? #nufc

Good talent from a LFC fan, no better than atsu though

I’d rather re-sign Pancrate.

This would have made sense last season. Not sure why we’re doing it now. Thought Benitez wanted premier league quality players #NUFC
