Jurgen Klopp must consider signing these 2 Brazilian stars for Liverpool in January

There’s a bit of a Brazilian connection at Anfield now.

A few seasons ago, it was a much more Spanish affair as our Reds fans here in the Transfer Tavern loved watching the likes of Luis Garcia, Xabi Alonso and Fernando Torres strut their stuff at Anfield under Rafa Benitez but as always, times change.

Now, the Brazilians are some of the main attractions with Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino arguably the Reds’ two best players right now.

Their relationship up front is one of pure telepathy at times and as we’ve seen against some of the biggest teams in the league, they can tear anyone apart on their day.

Throw into the bargain you also have the likes of fan favourite Lucas Leiva also being from the Samba nation, you could suggest the Reds are one of the best sides for Brazilians to go to.

Our landlord agrees and thinks Liverpool should utilise that by signing these TWO Brazilians…

Rafinha

Rafinha

The attacking midfielder (right) does not get to play as much as he’d like for Barcelona and that could lead him to wanting out in January.

Liverpool, too, have an abundance of attacking midfielders but none as good as the ones starting for Barca and so Rafinha might feel he can compete a bit more at Anfield.

This should be a move Jurgen Klopp really thinks about.

Alex Sandro

The former Porto left-back is now at Juventus but still sees playing time limited with the presence of Patrice Evra.

With Liverpool definitely needing a left-back, though James Milner has been as dependable as ever, this could be a potential deal that appeals to them especially given he is only 25, and has plenty years left in him to improve his game under Klopp.
