Our Leeds fans here in the Transfer Tavern are really hopeful that this season is going to be the one that yields them a place in the Premier League.
The men from Elland Road really should have been in the play-offs last year but that has gone now and the task is on Thomas Christiansen’s shoulders to get the club back into the top flight.
What happens this year, then, remains to be seen but plenty of work has been done to ensure the club has a stable and sustainable future over the past few months – regardless of the season’s direction.
And, in keeping with that theme, Leeds have signed young right back Bryce Hosannah from Crystal Palace – as confirmed by him on his Twitter account:
Delighted to have signed my first professional contract with @LUFC , big thanks to everyone who’s been supporting me #LUFC pic.twitter.com/02DcQd1X0c

The defender, then, will be hoping to impress at the club with them taking a punt on him and he has already worked with the Whites’ U23 squad.
Time, though, will only tell if he turns out to be one of the next stars to represent the Yorkshire side.
Landlord’s Verdict
Hosannah should be encouraged that he has signed for a club that has produced some top level footballers and helped them develop.
The likes of Charlie Taylor and Sam Byram have come through in recent years amongst others and so Hosannah will hope he can reach their levels of ability.
