The international break does not always come at the best of times for many teams up and down the country, however, it may have done so for Leeds United this month.
Marcelo Bielsa’s side are currently in and amongst the leaders of the Championship and have looked to be good value for a promotion spot next season.
However, injuries have dogged the Whites throughout the short campaign so far and the Argentine’s squad is starting to look thin in places.
Kemar Roofe, Pablo Hernandez and Gaetano Berardi have all recently spent time on the sidelines with various knocks, however, they could all make a return to action this week.
The Verdict:

Leeds will be delighted to be able to welcome back the trio to first-team action, however, many around the club will be holding their breath.
Bielsa, who is a believer of putting players into the developmental ranks to improve their fitness ahead of a return to the first-team, has seen the likes of Patrick Bamford fall foul of the method.
The striker suffered a serious Posterior Cruciate Ligament injury and is expected to be sidelined until early 2019, something Leeds will hope does not happen again with the trio expected to be involved.
