Leeds: Ange Postecoglou move still possible

Leeds United still have Celtic boss Ange Postecoglou on their managerial radar, according to The Daily Record.
The Lowdown: Four rejections
The Whites haven’t had it all their own way when it comes to finding a new manager, with Andrea Radrizzani and the 49ers seemingly being turned down by four managers.
Raul and Carlos Corberan both rejected a move to Elland Road, whereas Rayo Vallecano boss Andoni Iraola and Argentine Marcelo Gallardo have also either turned down advances from those in Yorkshire or had their own clubs step in to half proceedings.
Feyenoord’s Arne Slot appears to be the new favourite for the vacancy, with a proposal made, although Postecoglou still appears to be of interest.
The Latest: Postecoglou update
The Daily Record shared a story on Thursday, looking at Leeds’ search for a new manager after the bad news on Iraola. They claimed that Postecoglou’s name is still in the mix at Elland Road after the Whites were first linked with a move shortly after Jesse Marsch’s dismissal.
However, a move looks to be an ambitious one, with Celtic confident their manager has no desire to leave Scotland at this moment in time.
The Verdict: Could be huge
Postecoglou has transformed Celtic over the last 18 months, winning a league and cup double during his first season in charge. He has guided the Hoops to 23 victories from a possible 25 Scottish Premiership games (92%), averaging 2.46 goals per game in Scotland.
He likes to play an attacking 4-3-3 system and averages just over three years in charge of a club during his career, so the Celtic man could be the ideal long-term alternative to Slot, although either manager could be tricky to complete due to ongoing successes at their respective clubs.
