Our Newcastle fans here in the Transfer Tavern simply cannot wait for this game against Preston tonight as they know a win will see them finally get promoted.
Despite being the favourites for promotion at the start of the year, the Magpies have not made it easy for themselves and our landlord thinks that they should have perhaps sealed things a few weeks ago.
Even so, as long as they do, no-one involved with the club will really care and ahead of the visit of Preston tonight, Magpies fans have been getting very excited on Twitter.
