Daniel Levy drives a notoriously hard bargain, making him a hugely popular figure amongst the Spurs fans in the Transfer Tavern.
Those at White Hart Lane have often praised his ability to drive good deals into the club, though it’s fair to say some of our locals are hoping to see them splash the cash this summer.
Ahead of their venture back into the Champions League, Vincent Janssen and Victor Wanyama have been brought to White Hart Lane to help the cause.
Still, the insatiable nature of the proverbial silly season has fans chomping at the bit to see further reinforcements arrive.
The club have been linked with a £10m move for EURO 2016 winner Rafa Silva of Portuguese club Braga, in order to bolster their playmaking ranks.
However, according to O Jogo, Levy has been told to up his bid to upwards of £17m in order to convince Os Arcebispos to sell the 23-year old.
Is Silva worth £17m?! Let us know below…
