Liverpool fans on Twitter have all be left delighted as it looks like they might be witnessing the return of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain sooner than they thought. The midfielder was back in training with his teammates during their trip to Marbella and the supporters would love to see their 25-year-old back on the pitch.

Chamberlain has always been a player who impresses in Europe. Even in his Arsenal days, the pacey former wide-man was always one who looked to cause Bayern Munich problems when Arsenal vs Bayern was a regular fixture in the knockout stages in Europe. However, this time around he might actually be able to overcome the Germans if he does return to face them next week.
Jurgen Klopp will know how important the midfielder is and given the way the Ox shone last season against Manchester City in the quarter-finals of the competition it will be a massive boost if he can return for Bayern. As things stand Liverpool fans will be backing themselves to overcome their German opposition over two legs and if they get Chamberlain back they’ll only be more confident.

The Kopites love seeing Chamberlain out on the pitch and will be delighted to see him return in the next few weeks, especially if it’s against Bayern.
