‘Make the move now’, ‘Absolutely huge’ - Arsenal fans urge Wenger to land £25.2m-rated attacker

The Arsenal fans in the Transfer Tavern are expecting a very exciting end to the January transfer window. The Gunners have already landed Henrikh Mkhitaryan as a result of their sale of Alexis Sanchez, and securing another signing or two isn’t completely out of the realms of possibility over the next week.

However, it appears as though the Arsenal brass already have one eye on the summer, with German publication Kicker reporting that Leon Bailey is a target of the Gunners ahead of the summer transfer window.

Whilst most fans would, of course, love to see a major player like Bailey – who is rated at £25.2 million by Transfer Markt – to move to North London this month, it’s fair to say that talk of the Jamaican’s potential arrival – either now or in the summer – has left our resident Gunners feeling very exciting indeed.

A lighting fast attacker, Bailey has impressed in the Bundesliga this term with his fantastic dribbling, passing and the significant threat that he poses in front of goal.

Unsurprisingly, the Arsenal fans over on Twitter have reacted well to the news, with most feeling very excited about the prospect of Bailey moving to the Emirates.
