Manchester United: Fans not interested in Ben Chilwell rumours

Share

Manchester United fans have been reacting to the news that Leicester City defender Ben Chilwell will not be pursued by manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as the club are not looking to bring in a left-back at this time.

The 22-year-old has been on the radar of the Old Trafford scouts in recent years after a string of good performances.

Chilwell has been a critical asset in Brendan Rodgers’ setup and has provided three assists and scored one goal in 11 Premier League outings this season, with his side lying second in the standings.

However, with the emergence of Carrington youngster Brandon Williams, those searches for a left-back have now been called off and the club will settle with what they have, per The Times.

Supporters agreed with the stance of the club and looked towards Williams to become a regular in the first team, making their feelings clear on youngster on social media.
