Manchester United fans think they know the reason behind Alexis Sanchez’s latest comments about his move to the north-west club.
Sanchez recently stated in an interview that he doesn’t regret moving to the Red Devils, despite his less than impressive time at the club (via BBC).
In 45 appearances for the club, the Chile international scored just five goals and assisted nine in all competitions (via Transfermarkt).
The 130-cap Chile international followed former Manchester United teammate Romelu Lukaku to the San Siro on a season-long loan deal.
Sanchez’s move from Arsenal to Old Trafford saw Henrikh Mkhitaryan move in the opposite direction. The Armenian’s time at Arsenal also came to an end this week, as he moved to AS Roma on a season-long loan.
Fans took to Twitter believing they knew the reason behind the comments from the 30-year-old about his time at the club.
