The Manchester United boss is desperate to add some fire power to his squad and given the likes of Robin van Persie and Radamel Falcao can hardly be called decent at the minute, we don’t blame the United boss.
As one of our punters notes over a beer and burger over by the bar, we think that had United played Wayne Rooney up top or had a forward that could actually score against Chelsea, they would have at least got a point from the game. As it was, Falcao once again showed why he is simply not good enough.
Benteke meanwhile would be available for around £25 million and as Tim Sherwood has already admitted, could well leave the club this summer.
